Hello.I am Scarecrow, sometimes called Biko, a wandering heart adrift on winds of passion and poetry, a quiet, helpless gesture of love.My works are many and complexβfairytales both old and new, dark and light. Mythology and legend, tales of romance both pure and twisted. Fables centered on the wonders of the heart and its folly alike. I find myself drawn to the fantastical, particularly dark fantasy and horror fantasy, though I see beauty in the mundane and futuristic realms as well. The macabre has its own elegance, just as fairytales have their shadows, and I explore both with equal reverence.I am fully and unashamedly myself, both in life and art. I will not bend to fit others' comfort or expectations, nor will I smooth the edges of my soul to make myself palatable. I revel in my own existence and expression, I know who I am, and I embrace it fully. I encourage you to engage with my work on your own termsβwhether you find it healing or harmful is yours to decide, but know that I offer it with no apology or restraint. We do not all wish to kiss our demons, but you may not cage mine for your comfort.To me, Art is Godβa sacred force, greater than the sum of all things. Beauty and decay, The Lord and the Corpse of his Son alike, a living prayer spun from light, darkness, and all things between. It is not only the highest form of the soul's expression, it is a human Need. It transcends boundaries, defies rules, and offers us a glimpse of the divine, I will never censor my art for the sake of others, because in doing so, I would dishonor the very essence of what art is meant to beβa boundless, fearless force.I am staunchly anti-censorship in art, firmly believing that fictionβno matter how unsettling, grotesque, or NSFWβdoes not equate to morality. Fiction is a space for exploration, and its purpose is not to comfort every single person who consumes it, but to evoke, challenge, and reflect. I will not shy away from creating what some may find horrific or discomforting, because I believe in freedom of expression, especially in NSFW fiction. You are free to walk away if it does not resonate, but I will not silence myself or others to cater to societal norms.My work often touches upon NSFW themes, and I trust in others' ability to curate their own experiences. My creations are mine, first and always, but I share them with those who might find solace or resonance within them.I am a copyright abolitionist, and all my works are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. I relinquish my rights to my art, setting it free to be reshaped, retold, or left to rest, as it may. Anyone may use, re-shape, re-share, or monetize it as they wish, provided that whatever they create with it is also shared alike under the same license - that is to say, anything you make of, or with, my creations are also free to be used by others in turn.Art belongs to no one, not even Me. Not even You.I am shy, as fleeting as the kiss of a falling star, but if you wish to approach, you will find me here;
